SUN 'n FUN Camping – Fueling Futures

Planning to camp at the 2026 Aerospace Expo? Your stay fuels the future! Proceeds from camping support youth aviation education through the Aerospace Center for Excellence (ACE). Here’s everything you need to know about registration, amenities, and policies to ensure a smooth experience.

Important Update – Premium Camping at Rocky Road

Rocky Road Campground includes electric and water hookups—our only campground with these premium amenities. While these features have always been available at Rocky Road, they were not previously offered online. For 2026, Rocky Road will be managed exclusively through our new SNF Camping Portal, offering a structured reservation process and enhanced comfort. Twenty-four new electric sites have been added this year, increasing availability—but these high-demand spots are still expected to sell quickly.

• Reservations open no later than February 15, 2026.

Camping Packages & Admission

Online Weekly RV/Tent Camping Packages provide camping space from April 14 – April 19, 2026 only. Packages include weekly Expo admission for either one or two persons—choose your option on the right. Additional admission tickets can be purchased here. 

Early Arrival Camping Fees

The SUN 'n FUN Expo Campground will open March 9, 2026. If you arrive prior to April 14th, an additional daily camping fee will apply: 

• Standard dry camping sites: $42.00/day plus applicable taxes, paid onsite. 
• Electric & water hookup sites (Rocky Road only): Starting at $100/day plus applicable taxes, available through our new SNF Camping Portal no later than February 15, 2026. Rates for Rocky Road are subject to dynamic pricing & availability. These premium sites are limited and expected to sell quickly. 

Registration Location

RV and Tent Camper Registration is located at 4238 Hamilton Rd, Lakeland, FL 33811 – Follow signage. Hamilton Rd registration opens April 7, 2026 at noon. 

Additional Camping Info 

• Weekly Camping Permits (without admission) are not available online but can be purchased onsite.
• Overnight or Single Day camping sites are available only at camper registration, outside the main campground.
• All campers must wear SUN 'n FUN admission wristbands, including spouses and children. Additional wristbands can be added to your cart by visiting the General Admission ticket page.
• A "camping unit" is defined as a tent, RV, or trailer (20' x 50' max). Rigs over 45' must purchase two adjacent sites.
• No early setups are permitted without a paid camping permit.
• Showerhouses and Portalets are available throughout the site.
• Pump-out services and potable water delivery can be purchased onsite.
• Visit our Camp Store for essentials.
• Guests agree to abide by all campground rules listed on the SUN 'n FUN website. 

Ticketing & Terms 

• Some camping packages include discounted admission. No further association discount codes may be used.
  
• Applicable taxes and ticket service fees will be applied in the cart.
• Online orders are fulfilled as E-Tickets. You’ll receive a confirmation email with one QR Code for your entire order.
• Each entry point will scan your QR code and issue the appropriate wristband or credential.
• No refunds.
• flysnf.ticketapp.org is the official ticketing site. Third-party ticket sellers are not authorized.
• Admission wristbands are non-transferable and may be confiscated or deactivated for misuse.
• SUN ‘n FUN is a private entity and reserves the right to exclude anyone from the grounds.
• Purchase of tickets indicates agreement to all terms and conditions listed here and in our FAQ.
• Camping at SUN 'n FUN supports ACE’s mission to Engage, Educate & Accelerate the next generation of aerospace professionals.
