Fly in, park under your aircraft, and camp on-site during the SUN ’n FUN Aerospace Expo. Each package includes an aircraft camping space and admission wristband(s) based on the option selected.
Daily camping does not include admission. Daily wristbands must be purchased separately.

1. Choose a Fly ’n Early package if you plan to arrive before the event begins and depart by Thursday, April 16.
2. Choose a Weekly Camping package if you plan to stay through the full event ending Sunday, April 19.
3. Choose Daily Camping if you prefer maximum flexibility and want to purchase admission separately for only the days you plan to attend.

Fly ’n Early Packages

Arrive any time between noon on Saturday, April 11 and Wednesday, April 15. Designed for pilots who want the flexibility of an early arrival window, mid‑week access to SUN ’n FUN, and an early departure before weekend traffic.

Fly ’n Early – 1 Admission
Includes aircraft camping during the early‑arrival window and daily admission for one person on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (April 14–16).

Fly ’n Early – 2 Admissions
Includes aircraft camping during the early‑arrival window and daily admission for two people on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (April 14–16).
Price: $310

All Fly ’n Early guests must depart no later than Thursday, April 16.

Weekly Camping Packages

Covers the full event period from April 14–19, with the option to arrive as early as April 11.

Includes aircraft camping April 11–19 and one weekly admission wristband valid for all show days.

Arrival Information 
Early aircraft arrivals may begin at noon on Saturday, April 11, 2026, following standard arrival procedures. 
Please note: The 2026 NOTAM does not go into effect until Monday, April 13, 2026. Refer to the NOTAM for required procedures and windscreen placard instructions. 

Camping Locations & Amenities 

• General Aircraft Camping (GAC): East end of the airfield, north of Echo taxiway and south of the VOR. 

• We are continuing The Island in 2026—an airside services and entertainment hub featuring a camp store, shower house, food, and live entertainment. Rideshare pickups (Uber/Lyft) and online grocery deliveries, including cold items, are available here. 

• SUN `n FUN Express is new this year! https://flysnf.org/attend/sun-n-fun-express/ Park your airplane and hop onto SNF Express running daily to Downtown Lakeland.  

• The Sandbar food court in Light Planes at Paradise City also returns for 2026.

Rules & Requirements 

• All campers, including spouses and children, must display SUN ’n FUN admission wristbands. Additional wristbands are available on the General Admission ticket page. https://flysnf.ticketapp.org/portal/product/133  

• A “camping unit” includes an aircraft and tent in the aircraft’s assigned space. Your aircraft must be onsite to set up camp. 

• Tiedowns are required for all aircraft. 

• All campsites are dry camping only (no electric/water hookups). 

• No open flames are permitted. 

• Shower houses and portalets are available throughout the site. 

• No vehicles are allowed in airside camping areas. 

• Guests agree to follow campground rules listed on the SUN ’n FUN website. 

• Camping packages include discounted admission and cannot be combined with association discount codes. 

Tickets & Fulfillment 
Online orders are issued as ETickets. A confirmation email will include one barcode for your entire order. Each entry point (parking, admissions, special events, camping) will redeem the portion tied to your purchase.

• Flysnf.ticketapp.org is the only official ticket site. Thirdparty sites do not have permission to sell our tickets. Wristbands are nontransferable and may be confiscated or deactivated if misused.
