Since its inception, the Florida Air Museum has manifested its Mission: To engage people of all ages through dynamic programs, innovative activities and educational exhibits, ensuring that aviation is for everyone. For several decades, the museum has actualized its Vision: Fueling the future of aviation through the inspiration of the past. The Florida Air Museum showcases military and general aircraft, chronicles the SUN ‘n FUN Fly-In history, teaches about NOAA, and remembers aviation pioneers. The museum also hosts impactful activities for all ages, such as StoryTime, Wings ‘n Waffles, Kids Museum Day, STEM Sprouts, field trips for youth, The Bash, and Polar Express.
